The coach plans. The client trains.
PT Track Coach is for the personal trainer. PT Track is for their clients and is free to them. Both read from the same plan, so nothing is typed twice.
A week is seven bars.
The same seven bars, Monday to Sunday, sit on the client's Today screen, on the coach's home and on every client card. A client who has learned the week once can read the coach's screen without being told.
A missed day is coral and labelled. A rest day is dim. Nothing relies on colour alone.
Eight jobs, one app.
Routines, workouts, ten set types and a library of 439 exercises with written guides.
Meals, barcodes, nutrients and recipes, with the numbers hidden if the client prefers.
Short clips, graded by the coach, drawn over and answered with a correction.
Messages between the coach and the client, with video and voice notes from the coach.
Six areas scored against the coach's plan, drawn as one shape.
Training days and sessions together, for the coach and for the client.
Health questions before training starts and a stop button in every workout.
Held in London, with a copy or a delete available to the client inside the app.
Built for the gym floor.
Big numbers, one set at a time. The client sees what they lifted last time, ticks the set and the rest timer rises by itself. Timed holds count down on their own.
Kilograms and reps, tappable, with warm-ups at the top.
The previous sets and the best lift, beside the current one.
Rises after each set, with minus and plus fifteen seconds.
One red button that ends the workout and tells the coach.
Six areas. One shape.
Strength, stamina, mobility, consistency, nutrition and recovery, each scored out of 100 against the plan the coach wrote. Where the client started, where they are and where the coach wants them are three different shapes, so a plan is never mistaken for a result.
